Walkthrough

Intro and Assembly Halls

When you first begin the game you will find yourself on a train. After the train stops depart the train and head down the ramp and to the right. Head through the door that is open there and pick a starting equipment load out. Once done, apply for the job and watch the cut scene. Once you wake up, defeat the nearby drones and activate the Medbay in the Operations Base. You will need to find the Atlas Power Core in order to get your Exo-Rig working properly. To do that head out the opposite door and fight your way through a few enemies and then defeat the guy banging on the door. He will drop the Power Core, which you must take back to the Medbay after picking up. Once there use the Medbay to fix your Exo-Rig and level up if you wish and slot any Implants you want. Then use your Gear Voucher at the Gear Assembly right next to it to get some free equipment.

Main Assembly Line

Once done head back to where to acquired the Atlas Power Core and Overload the circuit breaker to the left of the large door there to get it open. Once inside defeat the enemies here and use the Overcharge (11) power conduit up the Exo-Lift which is located straight ahead behind some machinery. There is some Tungsten Alloy Mk.I near the Exo-Lift and you will need to run and jump to get it from the base of the lift. There is also an Overcharge (55) power conduit here that contains 2 Nano Core

Open the door that is near the base of the lift to find the Implant: Sustaining Array v.1 and the Audiolog: Griper. Head back out the door and go left. Defeat the enemy here and open the shortcut back to the Medbay. This may be a good time to spend your Tech Scrap and level up or swap your Implants. Afterwards, continue on through the area, but be careful as there are many enemies in the next room. Be sure to pick up the Plasmic Regenerator v.1 on the ground against the right wall. Up ahead on the right side there is an Overload (10) power conduit that will open a large door next to it.

Inside this area is a door on the right that is a shortcut back to the Operations Base. Straight ahead is the Reinforced Pipe, which is the first Staff you will find. After grabbing it open the door right next to the door you came out of to enter this area and defeat the enemies inside. Now would be a good time to then take the shortcut to the Medbay and level up or spend your Tech Scrap. The miniboss is to the left in this area and it can be challenging the first time you fight it, so it's a good idea to not risk your Tech Scrap.

When you head back, go streat through the cylinder-like structure and head through the bushed directly ahead to fight the miniboss. You'll want to take out the drone first, as it will chip away at your health during this fight if you don't and the miniboss hits hard so you will need full health to survive most of its attacks if it hits you. The trick to this fight is staying back, baiting it into attacking where you are standing, dodging and then running and striking it and repeating. Be careful of it's spin attack as its range is hard to gauge and reaches farther than you would think and it can generally one-shot you. Also, if it drops blue goo on the ground, wait for it to dissapate before attacking or you will be drained of Stamina. This guys drops the Shining Coin.

After defeating the miniboss, it's a good idea to once again spend your Tech Scrap as you will have quite a lot at this point. After doing so, head back to this area but head left before going through the bushes. Defeat the enemies here and pick up the Implant: Vanadium E-Cell v.1 under a breakable box on the right-hand side of this area. Head up the nearby stairs, defeat the enemy and break the boxes on your left to find the Audiolog: Gear Assembly . You can also head down the revealed ramp here to find the Implant: Vital Boost v.1 on top of box, but you will need to run back if you pick it up.

Head down the set up stairs opposite where you came up here and destroy the the drones here. Be careful not to go through the semi-open large doors in this area or you will trigger the boss fight. Head up the stairs opposite where you just came down to find 2 enemies, one of which is hidden. Kill them and pick up the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.1. I highly recommend putting of the boss fight for now and heading back to the main room with all the enemies, inside the Main Assembly Line, indoors. Inside will be a door you can open and go down some stairs. This is where you will want to go next. It is a good idea to have a torso armor equipped for this so that you can use its lights to see, as it is poorly lit down there.

Power Plant

Once down the stairs defeat the two enemies and pick up the Implant: Vital Boost v.1 right behind them. Then defeat the drone and two enemies just down the stairs being careful because one will try to ambush you and isn't easily visible. You can head down the steps on the left into a poisonous area, where there is the Volatile Spectre weapon, but you will most likely die on the way, so it is best to come back to that area after the power has been restored here and you can see better.

Up ahead is a worker trapped in a room on your left pounding on the door. You won't be able to free him until the power is restored, so continue on ahead and defeat the enemy and drone there. Just to the right is some Tech Scrap hidden in a breakable box. Continue down the ramp, defeating the enemies as you go, until you come to a control pad. Access it to acquire The Liberator - Arrest Warrant Audiolog. You will not be able to access the Security Door which contains the Implant: Vital Boost v.5, up ahead so you will head left.

Head up the Exo-Lift and defeat the enemies here, looting the Audiolog: Incidents from the watery area. To open the door here you will need a Companion Drone and the BOTECS Power Core, both of which you will get later in the game and contains 2 enemies and an Audiolog: Failsafe Protocol 00:00:19. Up ahead and down the stairs is a tough enemy and you can Overcharge (10) the power conduit to restart the power. Be careful when fighting this enemy as he is super aggressive and can easily kill you. If you manage to sever his arms you will receive the Yosuke Butterfly weapon. He also drops the Implant: Medi-Voltaic Injection v.1. This Implant is very good for bosses so you'll want this for the boss fight.

After turning on the power head back up the stairs and head left. There are some more stairs here with a smashable box that has some Tech Scrap hidden behind it. Continue up the stairs and defeat the three enemies here. To the left, under the walkway, is a box you can break to find some more Tech Scrap. On the ground in the open room is a ASTir Vibro-Cutter if you haven't alreay found one. The closed door leads to the boss, so avoid it for now and head towards the Exo-Lift. Behind it is a breakable box and a drone which hides some more Tech Scrap. When finished head up the Exo-Lift.

Once up the lift, head up the stairs and around until you come to an enemy. Defeat him and head forward. There is an item you can get to the right if you jump, but it's hard to make it back so it's best if you defeat the enemy here first. He is more difficult than regular enemies, so be careful. He will also drop the Yosuke Butterfly and is wearing Rhino armor, so if you want pieces of this armor set, sever a leg, or head, he does not drop (torso or arms). After defeating him, head forward and across the ramp and then head left to find the Implant: Vital Injection v.1. Then head right and use the Exo-Lift to unlock the final shortcut for this area. Back track to the jump I mentioned a few paragraphs above to acquire the Implant: Voltaic Dynamo v.1

Now would be a good time to spend your Tech Scrap so either jump back across and use the Exo-Lift or drop down and just run back to the Operations Base. It is highly recommended that you equip the Medi-Voltaic Injection v.1 Implant at this point as it will make the boss fight much easier. Head back down to the basement area and to the ambush part where you didn't go left earlier. Go left and down the ramp into the poisonous area. You're going to have to sprint through the enemies and heal as you go. Head left then right and just get the Weapon down there and die. The weapon is Volatile Spectre. Then head right back down, but past this area, like you did the first time you came through and open the door for the guy banging. He will attack you, so watch out. Be sure to sever his right arm to get the weapon: Endas RS3 'Titan'. I believe you only get one shot at this for now, so be sure to sever the limb or let him kill you so you can try again. This will also give you the Rhino Arm Schematic. In the room behind him is the Implant: Blue X-Cables

Rocket Assembly Station

At this point you are ready to fight the boss. Head back to the Operations Base and use whatever Tech Scrap you have left or bank it. You should be around Core Power 20 ish. Head out and head towards the miniboss area but head left and go up the stairs. Head down the stairs on the other side, defeat the drones and head into the boss fight. The strategy here is to stay as close to P.A.X as you possibly can, stay under him and hit his feet, dodge his stomps and repeat. When the orange bar fills he will shoot a missile barrage up into the air that will incapacitate him if you stay under him, as it will strike him instead. Once he'd down, attack his cockpit to deal damage. Repeat this process for an easy victory. You will gain the weapon: P.A.X Imperator and the Implant: Vital Boost v.3 for defeating him this way. If you don't make him strike himself with any of his missiles you will obtain the P.A.X. Imperator V2.0.

After defeating P.A.X, head up the Exo-Lift and interact with the Contact Station on your left to acquire the Audiolog: Remain Vigilant. Hop on the maglev train and head to Central Production B.

Central Production B

Once you arrive, head up the stairs. You can listen to the briefing on the monitor here for some more lore/story about the game. Then head through the door to the left of the monitor into Drone Registration. Interact with the terminal to acquire a companion drone! Be sure to pick up the pile of Tech Scrap in the corner opposite the terminal. Now that you have your Companion Drone you can access the elevator in this area. Head down the elevator into Personnel Arrival.

Head forward and right and use your drone to defeat the other drone here. Head forward and into the Operations Base, which you will find only the Medbay currently working as it is running on emergency power. Head out of the Operations Base and head left and then immediately left again to head into the Material Depot.

Material Depot

Head forward and go to the power conduit that needs Overcharging, but be careful you will be ambushed if you try to use it. Defeat the ambusher, and sever his torso for the remaining Rhino Gear you are missing, if you need it. Overcharge the power conduit and then return to the Operations Base to find the power restored. Use the Contact Station to receive the Audiolog: Waiting for Help. Use the Communication Terminal to speak with Sally, who will ask you find out what is going on, then head back into the Material Depot.

The elevator is currently out of order, so head down the short stairs and break the boxes on your left. Below is the Implant: Aggression Amplifier v.1. Nearby you will find Dean Hobbs, Overcharge him to power up his Rig and speak with him. He will tell you he's heading up to the Operations Base, you can find him there later and he will give you some upgrade materials if you speak with him. Just to the left of him is the Audiolog: Failsafe Protocol 96:00:00.

Drop down and fight the enemies here, being careful as they hit hard. Head left and pick up the Audiolog: The Nightmare Begins. From the Audiolog, head right to the power conduit next to the locked door and container. Be careful as there is an enemy right behind it. Davey is locked inside, Overcharge (10) the power conduit and speak with him. He will head up to the Operations Base where he will ask you to look for his meds if you speak with him. You will find the Modaxinol Injector later in the game and if you give it to him he will give you the Implant: Vital Injection v.3.

After rescuing Davey, head out of the room you found him in and head behind the containers that are ahead. On the left behind the containers are some Mk.2 upgrade materials and an Overcharge (75) power conduit that contains 2 Nano Core. Behind the right containers is an enemy and an Exo-Lift that you can take up to the Discarded Safety Equipment. There are some tough machines up here so come prepared. The good news is that you only have to kill them once as they don't respawn, and you can easily make them jump down the lift to their deaths. After you defeat them you will find the Implant: Mechanized Counterweight v.2. Head back to the Operations Base and spend your Tech Scrap or bank it.

Head back into the Material Depot and head straight and take down the two Security Officers there. If you sever their right arm you will get the MG Negotiator weapon. They also drop schematics for the MG Gorgon Gear. Head back through the boxes just near here and drop down to where you first found Dean Hobbs. Drop down again, defeat the enemies again and head right this time, into the Conveyor Hub.

Conveyor Hub

Immediately head left and look behind the container for some upgrade material, then head forward. There is a guy at the end of the corridor with a rocket launcher so dodge his shots and hit him to get him off it then finish him off. Head left and defeat the enemies here, picking up the Tech Scrap lying near one of them. Drop over the ledge near the first enemy here and defeat the rocket guy there before dropping down and fighting the two large machines. These machines are easy if you stay really close to them and strafe right. Bait their attacks and try to hit them from the side or behind for maximum damage. There are some breakable boxes near one of the machines that has some Tech Scrap behind it. Up above this enemy is an Implant: Vital Boost v.1. You can get there by head up the ramp and doubling back down the walkway.

Head through the door at the top of this ramp and break the breakable boxes in a container there to find the Implant: Energized Power Cell v.1. Defeat the four enemies just nearby. It is suggested you use the Companion Drone to pull them one at a time. These enemies drop the SCARAB Gear Schematics. There is an Overcharge (70) power conduit here that contains 2 Nano Core, but you cannot access it yet, & there is a unique Vending Machine in which 5 shining coins (obtained from the 5 Smelter Bot machines) can be deposited to open a secret door to the right granting access to the hidden IRONMAUS gear set. There may also be two single spawn Security Guards in the hallway just past the vending machine worshipers - see the note in the paragraph below. Head back down the ramp and into the room where you killed one of the machines, there is an Exo-Lift at the top of some stairs. Take the lift up and follow the hallway to find some Tech Scrap and another Exo Lift. Take it down to find three enemies. Pull them one at a time with your Companion Drone once again.

There is an Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.1 lying on the ground near these enemies. There is also some Tech Scrap hidden in a breakable container just down the steps to the right. Head straight down the hallway, defeating the enemies here. Do not go right into the shop yet, you will come back here later. Head forward, and you will see you just did a loop. Head down the stairs and speak with Irina Beckett. If you give her the MG Negotiator she will be happy. If you failed to get one, there are two more non-respawning security guards that use them. If you do not have the A Walk in the Park DLC, the two guards are located just below her; if you have the DLC installed, the guards are instead located just past the group of SCARAB enemies worshiping the IRONMAUS vending machine noted above.

Head back up the stairs and  You'll see some piping extending over space here to your left. Head across it watching out for the ambush of a charging guy because you can easily fall off. Head through the door and up the Exo-Lift. This will take you to the Operations Base. After spending your Tech Scrap, head back the way you just came and when you get to the guy standing with his back to you, turn left and head all the way up the ramp to find the Audilog: Waiting in Vein.

Head back across the pipe and fight your way down the stairs to the right. There is an upgrade for you Companion Drone: Concussive Module. There are also enemies here that have SCARAB Gear you can sever. There is an Overcharge (60) power conduit here that contains 2 Nano Core, but you cannot open it yet. Head all the way down to the bottom to find the Implant: Vital Injection v.1. Now you're going to head back up the stairs all the way and head straight, straight to the area where I said not to go before which is past the pipe on your left and past the large machine on your right and past Irina Beckett.

Once you kill the initial two guys patroling the hallway, pull the large machine with your Companion Drone. Defeat him in the hallway and then pull the twin-rigged enemy with the drone. Once they are both dead, you'll have to pull each rocket guy one at a time. Be careful because there are holes in the ground in front of each, so you'll have to come in from the side or at an angle. Laying on the ground here is the Implant: Voltaic Dynamo V.1. Continue forward into Recycling

Recycling

Break the breakable box to the left and head inside to find some Tech Scrap. Continue down the corridor and into the open room on the right. Defeat the enemy here and pick up the upgrade materials and the Audiolog: ***** Ferguson!. Continue forward in this room, defeating the rocket guy hidden on the left and the large machine on the right. Head up the stairs and pick up the Implant: Tactile Omni-Boost v.1. Then head out of this room and forward down the corridor.

Head up the Exo-Lift on the right and defeat the enemy here before going left across the walkway. Up ahead are two rooms, one closed on the left and one open on the right. The one on the left opens a shortcut to the Operations Base so do that first before engaging the two enemies in the next room (spend your Tech Scrap if necessary). After defeating the enemies you pick up the Audiolog: Implants - Side Effects. There is also a Med Station where you can reveal your injectables. Use the control panel to extend the bridges and use the door controls to open the door below. You can use the other control panel to make the miniboss ??.

Head down the elevator and defeat the large machine on your right. Jumping across the gap, lying on the left side is an Implant: Kinasthetic Amplifier v.1. There is also a Shining Coin on the ground. The miniboss is just like the one you fought in the Main Assembly Line. You will receive another Shining Coin for defeating him. Jump back across the gap and through the now open door by the large machine you killed (now on your left). Head through the door and defeat the enemy and the large machine there and pick up the Audiolog: The Butcher and the weapon: Bloodhound. Head up the stairs and defeat the two enemies here and head right to unlock another shortcut to the Operations Base. Then head back but instead of going down, go straight down the runway and find the gap in the railing and drop on the containers to find the Implant: Reclamation Buddy v.1

Head forward, through the door at the end of the hall and defeat the enemy on the right then head down the stairs. Near the bottom there is an opening on the left. Hop down for a Kinetic Converter v.3 and then go down the hole in the back. The door on your left goes back to where you just were. The door behind you on the right goes to Toxic Waste Disposal which we'll unlock at the end there. Ignore both for now and break the boxes straight ahead and go through the door behind it. Up the lift is a Vital Boost v.1. Go back down the lift and open the door on your right to get back to where you were previously. Defeat another enemy and pick up the Implant: Endurance Enhancer v.1 under the stairs straight ahead. Defeat a few more enemies and Overcharge (10) the power conduit here, allowing you to open the door. There is also the Implant: Vanadium E-Cell v.1 lying in the corner behind the machinery. Open the door and head into Toxic Waste Disposal.

Toxic Waste Disposal

Speak with Jo who is inside the piping immediately after entering. She'll ask you for 5,000 Tech Scrap. If you give it to her ?. Head down the corridor and defeat the two new enemies. Be careful of the toxic waste coming out of the floor. These enemies will give you Liquidator Gear Schematics. Pick up the Audiolog: Official Announcement: "Raging Drones". Head forward and defeat the enemy and large machine in the next room and pick up the Tech Scrap on the floor. Continue forward defeating enemies and head up the stairs and go straight, instead of left. Defeat the large machine here and pick up the Audiolog: Journey in the Dark and head into the small room and pick up the Implant: Mechanized Counterweight v.5. Head up the other stairs now and defeat the enemy here and pick up the Tech Scrap in the left corner. There is also the weapon: Reinforced Pipe laying her in a corner. Head forward and pick up the Audiolog: New Supplies.

There is a Security Door here that you won't be able to go through yet. It contains the Implant: Vital Boost v.5 and the Audiolog: Failsafe Protocol 97:17:04. Head down the stairs and defeat the enemy behind the breakable box. Overcharge (10) the power conduit here to power the elevator. This will unlock a shortcut back to the Operations Base. Once done, head back and left down the corridor and defeat the enemies here. One drops the weapon: KLINGE Power Grip. Again be mindful of the Toxic Waste.

Head down the ramp and Overcharge (10) the power conduit on the right-hand side and pick up the Implant: Endurance Enhancer v.1 at the end of the corridor. This will allow you to open one of the locked doors here which is the shortcut back to Recycling that we mentioned in the last section. Head through this door defeat the enemy and open the shortcut. There is a breakable mesh wall that has an Exo-Lift that will take you down to the Implant: Vital Boost v.1 if you did not get it previously. All that's left now is the boss.

Waste Decontamination

The LU-74 "Firebug" is not an overly difficult fight and has 2 phases. During the first he really only has 2 attacks, a short whirlwind and a thrust with one leg. Simply avoid him when he whirls and run and slide and hit him, dodge his leg thrust and repeat until phase 2. In phase 2 he will do a flame attack right in front of him, he will charge you and he will do a long whirlwind attack. You want to again avoid the whirlwind and also the flame attack, dodge his charge and again slide an hit him. Dodge quickly to avoid him collapsing on you. You will acquire the weapon: Firebug Throttle for defeating him.

After defeating him, head up the Exo-Lift and head down the dark stairs below you to find some Tech Scrap. Head back up and open the door straight ahead, it'll open a shortuct to Toxic Waste Maintenance. Then turn around and head up the stairs and through the door at the opposite end. Take the Exo-Lift down to find the Audiolog: Our Little Thief and the weapon: SERU HSS BioMaster. Head down the corridor and take another Exo-Lift down, then go straight ahead and slightly to the right. The is a door at the end of this hallway that is a shortcut to Decontamination Access, which is just before LU-74 "Firebug". Then double back and go straight when you come out of the hallway, to the opposite end (the very large door that says Circulation Tower requires you to have the BOTECS Power Core, which you will get later in the game). This will take you to the train to Resolve Biolabs, be sure to pick up the Tech Scrap in the corner near the train.

Resolve Biolabs

Blue Sky Station (Decommissioned)

After you exit the train, head left to pick up some Tech Scrap. Double back and go left up the stairs to find the Operations Base. Inside you will find the Audiolog: RE: What's Going On?? and the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.3. Head back out and go left and then left again down the ramp.

Outer Sewers

Defeat the enemies here and be careful not to fall to your death! If you are having trouble seeing be sure to turn on your flood light. There is an Implant: Vanadium E-Cell v.1 located in some breakable boxes on the right, and some Tech Scrap in the rocks on the right. There is an Overcharge (14) power conduit nearby that is guarded by a machine that will ambush you as you get near. This will allow you to open the doors down the stairs nearby.  Head down the stairs and jump the gap to find the Implant: Auto-Aid v.2.

Double back and head up the stairs to the right of this conduit and kill the two machines. You can drop down here to find the hidden Implant: Implanted Electrodes v.2. Look for the gap in the railing and drop down, then drop down again and then run and jump to the Implant. Run and jump again to find some stairs. Destroy the Drones and head up the stairs and go right, killing the two enemies there. There is a door here that requires a BOTECS Power Core, which you don't have yet, but contains the Implant: Medi-Voltaic Injection v.3. There is also the Mechanized Counterweight v.2 that you can get from dropping down from up above later on.

The elevator is currently out of order, so you'll have to go left. Pick up the Tech Scrap and find the Overcharge (10) power conduit and use it to get the elevator up and running. There is a Security Door here that you won't be able to go through yet that has many very high level enemies, many of which drop MG Cerberus Gear. There are also two Implants laying about inside: Pneumatic Calibrator v.2 and Red X-Cables. For now head up the elevator and defeat the enemies there. There is a First Aid Station here where you can refill your injectables if needed. Head through the door and down the stairs into Resolve Biolabs.

Resolve Biolabs

Defeat the enemies here and pick up the Tech Scrap nearby. You can jump off the stairs on to a container and then jump again to find the Implant: Energized Power Cell v.2 then defeat the RHINO Zombie on the rivet launcher and break the box nearby to loot some more Tech Scrap. Drop down to loot the weapon: FENRIS A-7. Defeat the Bloodhound Robots here, and if you break their tails off during the fight they will drop the Implant: Ancillary Core and then loot the Implant: Voltaic Dynamo v.2 near the flickering screen that is giving a briefing. Loot the Tech Scrap and the weapon: Bloodhound in the toxic waste in the rocks near the door with the Intercom.

Speak with Dr. Melissa Chavez on the Intercom and she'll ask you to save her, then turn around and hit the Overload (10) power conduit which unlocks a door in the toxic waste where a Bloodhound Robot patrols nearby. There is an Implant: Vital Boost v.1 behind the sleeping Bloodhound Robot in the corner near this conduit, the Bloodhound tends not to wake up unless attacked, but be ready in case it notices you. Open the now unlocked door to find the Audiolog: Resolve Waste and an Exo-Lift that is a shortcut to Blue Sky Station (Decommissioned). Now is a good time to spend your Tech Scrap and change your Implants if you want to take on the miniboss nearby in the toxic waste. Be warned it is extremely difficult, but there is a weapon lying next to it: Corroded Butterfly.

Once finished, head for the hole over near the shortcut and large spill of toxic waste and drop down. Up ahead there is a hidden Drone Module: Industrial Electromagnet if you jump over the railing here and land on the beam. You can then drop down and just head up the Exo-Lift again. Head forward and find the Audiolog: Autopsy Excerpt - Victim #7 underneath the small set of stairs. Head forward and defeat the machine here. You can run and jump across near the Security Door that has many very high level enemies, many of which drop MG Cerberus Gear. There are also two Implants laying about inside: Pneumatic Calibrator v.2 and Red X-Cables, to find some Tech Scrap laying on the other side. Head down the stairs for now.

Laboratories

Head forward to be ambushed by 2 enemies. Behind them is the Implant: Aggression Amplifier v.2. Then head through the door on the right as you came in and head upstairs. There is a drone up here and the Implant: Rig Capacitor. Then drop down and head back into that room, but go down. Destroy the Maintenance Bot and pick up the FENRIS A-7. Head down further and destroy the Maintenance Bot here. Pick up the Tech Scrap on the left-hand side and use the Overcharge (10) power conduit to power the elevator. There is also an Overcharge (80) conduit nearby, a copy of Ironmaus #9 hidden in a desk and an Audiolog: Concerning Ed.. Picking up the comic will likely awaken the Bloodhound Robot, so be careful.  There is a Security Door up the stairs here that has many very high level enemies, many of which drop MG Cerberus Gear. There are also two Implants laying about inside: Pneumatic Calibrator v.2 and Red X-Cables, and an elevator. Head up the elevator for now and into the Greenhouse Facility.

Greenhouse Facility

Pick up the Tech Scrap laying amid the plants here and then head right, open the door and head through, defeating the enemies inside. This takes you to the Savannah Climate Zone. Head forward into the Eurasian Climate Zone. There are some breakable boxes on the right that contain an enemy and the Implant: Vital Injection v.3. There are many enemies here so be careful not to pull them all at once. Once all the enemies are dead, use the Contact Station to acquire the Audiolog: Dr. M. Chavez, #784. Next use the Lockdown Terminal to open the door here. There is also another door that requires a BOTEC Power Core to open which contains the Implant: Modaxinol Injector. Head through the door which is a shortcut back to Resolve Biolabs.

You will find things a little different than they were before. There are now soldiers with flamethrowers patroling the area and the machines are gone. Use the terminal where you spoke with Dr. Melissa Chavez before to aquire the Audiolog: Help!  Then head through the now open door into the Tropical Climate Zone. Defeat the enemies inside and in the corner to the right you will find a weapon: SERU HSS BioMaster. Then head left and up the stairs to find some Tech Scrap and an Overcharge (22) power conduit that will open the locked door in the previous room. Inside that room you will find the Implant: Reclamation Buddy v.2. Head forward but go right down the ramp instead of up the stairs and then down the stairs into the Supply Tunnels.

Pump Station and BOTECS Power Core

Head right and then right again to find the Implant: Endurance Enhancer v.3. Watch out for the enemy that ambushes you in the broken boxes! Now head left and then left again to head into the Pump Station. Inside to the right is a door that requires a BOTECS Power Core to open and some Tech Scrap hidden behind a pillar. Defeat the two flamethrower enemies here and speak with Dr. Melissa Chavez who will open the door. Pick up the BOTECS Power Core and the Audiolog: Dr. M. Chavez, #987 and speak with her again and she'll give you the Encrypted Data Chip. Head back into the previous room and open the locked door now with your Drone. This is a shortcut to Blue Sky Station (Decommissioned).

This is a good time to head to the Operations Base and spend your Tech Scraps. Head back to Blue Sky Station (Decommissioned) and hop on the train back to Central Production B. Once there back track until you see the large door on your right and the guys with flame throwers attacking the workers. Defeat the flame thrower guys and use your drone to open the door to Circulation Tower and head inside.

Central Production B

Note: upon returning to Central Production B, a few things have changed. In addition to the flamethrower enemies noted above, the two Security Guards just after this section's Medical Bay will have respawned with the area reset (but will not respawn after being killed). Additionally, two more security guards & an enhanced Security Bloodhound Robot are waiting in ambush by the original train station back to the starting map. These 3 enemies will respawn like typical enemies & can be used to retrieve any remaining pieces of MG Gorgon armor, MG Negotiator Staff and Level 3 upgrade components as needed. Be aware, if being overwhelmed @ that platform, the enemies will not enter the nearby elevator, & the robot may actually freeze beside the elevator it makes a jump attack when you enter the elevator.

Circulation Tower

Defeat the enemy launching toxic grenades at you and defeat the minboss here. He will drop a Shining Coin (the fifth & final needed to open the IRONMAUS vending machine if all others have been collected so far) and there is also the Implant: Endurance Enhancer v.3 in the corner behind him. Head up the stairs and defeat the enemies there. There are some upgrade materials laying on the ground you can pick up, then head up the next set of stairs. Defeat the enemy here, break the boxes to find the Implant: Rig Capacitor. Head up the next set of stairs, kill the enemy here and head left to find the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.3. Then to forward and left into the room with blue lighting. Inside there are like 6 enemies, so be careful. Defeat them and pick up the Implant: Reclamation Buddy v.2 and the Audiolog: Payload Irregularities. Outside is an Overcharge (20) power conduit. Use it to open the locked door next to it, which simply leads back to the blue room. On the right are some more enemies and the Audiolog: Happy Birthday! This is now the Resolve Chemical Refinery

Resolve Chemical Refinery

Head forward and break the boxes in the right corner to find some Tech Scrap, then head left and down the stairs. Defeat the enemies here and head left again to the Overcharge (11) power conduit that will open the locked door down here. Be careful of the ambush here. There is also some Tech Scrap laying on the ground behind the conduit you can pick up. Head towards the door and break the boxes here to reveal the Drone Module: Emergency Coolant Vent. Then head through the door and defeat that enemy here to find a Contact Station with the Audiolog: Reminder and the Implant: Implanted Electrodes v.2

Head further down the cooridor and defeat the enemy and head left and defeat the enemy here as well. Head down the stairs and defeat the enemy here, and break the box on the stairs to loot the Implant: Energized Power Cell v.2,  and open the door, which is a shortcut to the Conveyor Hub. Now would be a good time to head to the Operations Base and spend your Tech Scrap. To do that simply head up the stairs to the top and head across the pipeline like you did before when here. Once finished back track through the door and head back to the Resolve Chemical Refinery, heading back to where you first entered.

Defeat the enemies around the stairs where you will come up and head towards the one way forward you can go here, past the window with a dead guy in it. There is the weapon: Corroded Butterfly here and a First Aid Station if you need to resupply. Head up the stairs and defeat the enemies here, then loot the Mk. III upgrade materials in the corner and continue up the stairs. Immediately after you head through the doorway there will be two enemies on your right and the Implant: Vital Injection v.3 behind them. Behind the Implant are some boxes and a large machine. Drop down through the hole right next to it to find the Implant: Sustaining Array v.2. Drop down then come back up.

Make your way through this room until you come to a Contact Station, it will contain the Audiolog: RE: Conspiracy Theory. There is also an Implant: Auto-Aid v.2 laying on the ground nearby. There is a Security Door here which contains the weapon: MG Negotiator and the Implant: Vanadium E-Cell v.3. Ignore it for now and head up the stairs nearby which takes you back into the Circulation Tower. If you aided  Irina Beckett, you will find her here at the top of the stairs (there is also an enemy near her which I suggest killing right away). Speak with her and she'll give you some more insight as to what is going on.  Note the large pipe behind the yellow railing here. The pipe leads to a broken wall panel concealing the Tactile Omni-Boost v.3 implant. Head through the doorway just to her right and head right immediately to find a door you can open that has several enemies inside. Once they are dead, loot the Creo EX02 Prototype Rig from the corner of the room. This will unlock 4 more Implant slots for your character once you equip it in the Medbay. Then head back out and go left then right, into Builder Service Access

Build Service Access

Head up the stairs on the left and speak with Jo in the pipe here and give her 10,000 Tech Scrap if you wish and then continue up the stairs. Skip the Exo-Lift for now and run across the piping. Break the two breakable mesh walls and use the Exo-Lift down to unlock the shortcut to the Material Depot. Go equip your Creo EX02 Prototype and spend your Tech Scrap then head back up and go up the Exo-Lift I just told you to skip for now. This is the boss fight: Big Sister 1/3 and it's much much harder than the previous two bosses.

The strategy here is the arms will alternate attacking one of 3 attacks, a lunge, a smash attack and a swipe attack. You'll have to learn to recognize which is which. Every second arm attack a laser will try to hit where your standing from the front and then a second or so later again where your standing from the back, so be sure to avoid that and don't attack unless you're sure you won't get hit. That's it for phase 1.

In phase 2 you will need to defeat the arms and the "head". The camera angle can be tricky here, but the best idea is to stay in one of the closest corners because only 2 arms can hit you there. Take one arm down and then another and then move to the other side and repeat. The laser will keep attacking you, so besure to dodge it and after a little while the floor will turn electric damaging you, so don't take too long. Make sure you have lots of heals and play aggressively, but only in these corners.

Finally in the last phase you will need to get close to the head, dodging it as you approach since it likes to lunge and you'll have to fight it in a zoomed out sort of setting. It's a bit weird, and it will take you a bit to get used to it, but you cannot move backwards or the camera will zoom in and if you do this a lot you will get killed by the camera angle, so learn to force yourself to stay close to the boss. Running attacks don't seem to work here, at least not the way they do normally, so slow swinging weapons that use these attacks are at a serious disadvantage. I suggest switching to something that has a faster attack speed for this part, or for the fight entirely. Really in this phase you want to play aggressively, you just don't want to get grabbed when he goes up off screen and comes down, so if you see him go up off screen dodge back and wait. He drops the weapon: Spitfire Rod.

After the boss fight the platform will collapse and you may die. Do not worry, just head back there if that happens and you will see a path. Break the breakable wall here and head inside to pick up the Tech Scrap laying here. Head up some stairs and then the Exo-Lift. Break the mesh wall and head into the Service Shaft for Creo One. Heading forward will take you to Research & Development

Research & Development

Head forward and to the right of the Security Door which contains some unique enemies that drop the weapon: Metamorphing Talons and Chrysalis Gear. There are also three Audiologs inside: FAILSAFE PROTOCOL 20:51:40, Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #17 and Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #14. as well as an Overcharge (30) power conduit that opens the displays on the Exhibition Floor granting access to the weapon: Codename: Carmina. Go straight here instead of going up the ramp to the left into Pressure Control. If you gave Jo the Tech Scrap she needed earlier, she will fill the room with gas and try to kill you. There is a door to the left that must be opened with your Drone and the BOTECS Power Core. Use the Drone to open the door and then head inside before you are killed. Inside you will find the weapon: Equalizer and a Contact Station with the Audiolog: Dear Micky... Head back through the gas and up the ramp, now on your right, and defeat the enemies here. Break through the door and head inside. Break the next mesh door and head into the Exhibition Floor.

Exhibition Floor

Head right and find the Implant: Mechanized Counterweight v.3 on the right-hand side behind some displays. Continue forward and up the stairs to the left to find some Tech Scrap laying on the ground behind a vending machine. Then head down the stairs to the ground floor. Break the glass of one of the displays near the far stairs here to acquire the weapon: Creo IP-75 'Inducer'. Head up the stairs, defeat the enemy here and then jump on to the roof of the building nearby to pick up some Tech Scrap. Drop down and head into the Operations Base down the short set of stairs.

Speak with Alec Norris and he will ask you to save his little girl. If you say yes he will give you the quest item: Key Card - ID #RD 23941001. In the corner is the Audiolog: Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #2. There is a Codename: Carmina trapped in a box here, you need to use the Overcharge (30) power conduit in any of the Security Doors in this area. which you will get later. Head back up the stairs where you defeated the enemy and head into Applied Nano Science.

Applied Nano Science

Open the door and speak with Dr. Gene Barrett inside. Break the box in the right-hand corner to reveal the Implant: Adrenaline Shunt v.1. This is a very powerful Implant so it may be worth equipping it really quickly. If not, head through the door on your left and into Restricted Area: Utopia Project.

Restricted Area: Utopia Project

Defeat the enemies inside. These enemies drop Elite Hazard Gear Schematics. Use the Contact Station to acquire the Audiolog: Reservations. There is an Overcharge (65) power conduit nearby that contains 2 Nano Core, and an Overcharge (27) power conduit on the landing just above. Near this conduit there is a table you can jump on and break a mesh door and then jump into it to find the Drone Module: Flamethrower Tank. Open the door and then head back and open the door in the left side of the room to find the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v3. Head up the stairs nearby and defeat the enemy wielding Codename: Moonlight and loot the Implant: Vanadium E-Cell v.3 partially hidden under the plants. Break the breakable door, head inside and go up the Exo-Lift. Head down the corridor and then drop down and defeat the enemies here. There is a Security Door here (an alternative entrance to the one mentioned earlier in Research & Development) which contains some unique enemies that drop the weapon: Metamorphing Talons and Chrysalis Gear. There are also three Audiologs inside: FAILSAFE PROTOCOL 20:51:40, Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #17 and Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #14. as well as an Overcharge (30) power conduit that opens the displays on the Exhibition Floor granting access to the weapon: Codename: Carmina. and there is a door on the right at the end of the hall. Head to that door, open it and head into Bio Impact Research

Bio Impact Research

Defeat the enemies in here and be careful of the poison. There is an Overcharge (27) power conduit on the right side and a breakable wall ahead. To the right of the power conduit is a large pipe that can be reached by jumping over the railing. Follow the pipe around & jump onto a second pipe to retrieve the SNS Disinhibitor v.3 then return to the room before the conduit. There is also a door on the left that has a breakable wall inside. Break through and jump down and defeat the enemy. There is a Contact Station with the Audiolog: Homo Machinalis and the Implant: Toxic Autofilter at the end of the room. Head through the door which will lead you back to the Operations Base. Head back into the room where you fought the enemies and the poison with the Overcharge (27) power conduit, but now head through the breakable wall and head right after defeating the enemy and take the Exo-Lift down. There is an Implant: Vital Boost v.3 laying here. Up ahead is another breakable wall that takes you back to the Operations Base. Head back up and take the other Exo-Lift at the end of the corridor. This will take you to Nano Production Hall

Nano Production Hall

Defeat the enemy here and head through the breakable door on the left. Switch on your gear lights as it is pitch black inside. Take the Exo-Lift down and head left, defeating the enemy here. If you press the door open feature you will release the machines and they will attack you. The opened room, where the machines came from, contains a Vital Injection v.3. Head out the door to the right. There is an Overcharge (25) power conduit here that you cannot reach can reach by timing your jump from the dark corridor which opens the door to the right to access Medi-Voltaic Injection v.3, and a contact station with the Audiolog: Black Project. If you miss the jump, you can return to this area later to try again. The door on your left you can open to progress. Open the door, defeat the enemy, break the box in the corner to reveal the Implant: Energized Power Cell v.3, and head right. Head left and forward, through a crack that is very hard to see into the Furture of Earth Room. Defeat the enemies and open the door at the other end. This is a shortcut to the Exhibition Floor. Double back and Use your Companion Drone to open the BOTECS Power Core door here. Once inside defeat the enemies.

Use the Contact Station to acquire the Audiolog: Nanite Protocols and loot the Tech Scrap by jumping near the stairs. Defeat the enemies here and use the Overcharge (10) power conduit at the top of the stairs. This will allow you to open the door below. Head through the door below and up the ramp into the Utopia Loading Bay.

Utopia Loading Bay

Defeat the enemies there and loot the Implant: Rig Capacitor XL. Break the mesh door and head to the right, defeating the machine here. Head up the Exo-Lift to the right and break the mesh door. Drop down and fight the enemy here. If you sever his right arm you will gain the weapon: Codename Parsifal. There is a hole in the floor here you can drop into to find the Implant: Vital Boost v.3. This will put you back where you opened the door with the Drone above. Head back to the room with the hole in the floor and jump through the broken window. Jumping through the broken window reveals the Vital Boost v.3 implant along the rafters in the corner opposite the broken window.

To the right of the implant along the rafters is another broken window with a drone & flamethrower enemy inside guarding a Vital Injection v.3 in a glass case. The hallway to the right leads to a pair of doors. The door on the right leads back into the first broken window room, the door on the left leads to the NPC Maddy & the second stage of Alec Norris's sidequest. Note this door will be locked if you did not agree to help Alec in the Medbay on the exhibition floor.

Jump back through one of the broken windows & head up the Exo-Lift and you will be immediately ambushed by a difficult enemy that drops Proteus Gear. Go right and kill the machine here then break the mesh door and pick up the Implant: Endurance Enhancer v.5. Then double back and go to the right. There is an Audiolog: Behind the Curtain to the left. The head straight and break the mesh wall and defeat the enemy here. Up ahead is a door and a First Aid Station up here hidden behind some boxes. There is also an Implant: SNS Disinhibitor v.3 if you jump over a railing here onto some pipes right of the entrance door - note this is the same implant listed above accessible from the balcony by the power conduit when first entering Bio Impact Research. In the room there is some Tech Scrap on the floor an Jo in a pipe here. Speak with her and either give her back her weapon or give her 15,000 Tech Scrap. Break the mesh door and defeat the machine inside. Then head down two Exo-Lifts to the Unmapped Area / No Records Found.

Unmapped Area / No Records Found

Defeat the machine up ahead and head right. Head right again and break the mesh door and drop down. WARNING: There are 3 tough enemies here! There is a Security Door here which contains some unique enemies that drop the weapon: Metamorphing Talons and Chrysalis Gear. There are also three Audiologs inside: FAILSAFE PROTOCOL 20:51:40, Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #17 and Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #14. as well as an Overcharge (30) power conduit that opens the displays on the Exhibition Floor granting access to the weapon: Codename: Carmina, and a Contact Station that contains the Audiolog: Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #1. Head forward, being careful of the ambush ahead, and defeat the two enemies here. There is some Tech Scrap on the ground here. Up the short stairs is a breakable mesh door, break it and head up the Exo-Lift. Use the door control to open up a shortcut and then break the mesh door on your right. This will take you to Restricted Projects.

Restricted Projects

Defeat the two enemies in the hallway and open the door here to open a shortcut to the Operations Base. Up ahead is another door and some Tech Scrap hidden in a box. Head through the door here and defeat ALL the enemies. There are a lot, so be careful not to pull more than one at a time. Head up the stairs and left into the room there, defeat the enemy and pick up the Tech Scrap. Use the the Contact Station to receive the Audiolog: FW: Michael Shaw. The Door Controls through out this area simply for isolating enemies so you don't get overrun. You can lock doors and use the mesh breakable doors to travel around and not get mobbed. Use the maintenance shafts to move around the outer bit to get to the room up top on the right. There is an Implant: Vital Injection v.3 here and an Exo-Lift that goes up, via a mesh door. Note: this lift will be inactive until after your conversation with Dr. Barrett. There is an Audiolog: RE: Michael Shaw here. Head forward and take the Exo-Lift down.

There is a room at the bottom here that has an Overcharge (10) power conduit (which unlocks the door in the main room outside, a Contact Station that contains the Audiolog: Utopia and the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.3. Once you open the room in the main door a tough enemy will appear and you will have to fight him. If you sever his arm he will drop the weapon: Codename Parsifal 2.0 and he drops Bloodied Proteus Gear.  Through the door up ahead is an Exo-Lift that leads to Dr. Gene Barrett. Talk to him and pick up the Tech Scrap in the corner. After this conversation, the lift mentioned above will be active & the Audiolog RE: Michael Shaw can be retrieved.

Head back to the Operations Base and you will find new enemies in the Exhibition Floor, along with the weapon MG Legionnaire. Head to the large metalic door and head inside. This will take you to Central Production B.

Central Production B

Conveyor Hub

Head forward and defeat the enemy here. This is the area that used to hold the group of Ironmaus cultists. If not already collected, there is an Overcharge (70) power conduit in this room that contains 2 Nano Core,  in a container here there is an Implant: Vital Boost v.3 and on top of the container is Ironmaus #45. Head out the open door, defeat the enemy and head down the ramp. Watch out for the Security Bloodhound Bot here. Cutting of his tail will net you the Implant: Ancillary Core XL. Head forward and defeat the enemies in route to the Operations Base across the piping. Note: you can retrieve a robot leg from the welder bot to the right (same location as first encountered) but beware of the numerous Security Guards now around the area. If you make your way toward operations by backtracking through the original path rather than using the pipe shortcut, the implant Plasmic Array v.4 can be found behind a wooden crate next to the first rivet gun station encountered earlier in the game. There are also several additional security bloodhounds present along the main path toward operations.

Use the Contact Station in the Operations Base to receive the Audiolog: RE: Echelon 9. Speak with Sally and then head into the Material Depot

Material Depot

Speak with Irina Beckett when you walk in. You can give her MG Gorgon Gear to help her out. Laying on the ground past her is the weapon MG Legionnaire. If desired, you can take the shortcut lift past the Big Sister boss arena (mind the security guards) and return to re-unlock the shortcut room which housed the Prototype Rig earlier. This room now contains a heavy weapon wielding enemy wearing MG Cerberus Gear which can be easily farmed by opening the shortcut door with your drone & traveling back & forth between Central Production & R&D as he will respawn with the world transition. This is also a good time to return the robot leg in R&D if following Alec Norris's questline.

When ready to move forward, return to the shortcut lift toward the Big Sister arena near operations. Head forward and defeat the Security Guard. The door behind him will now be open. Head right and use the elevator. This will take you to the Executive Forum

Executive Forum

Head left then right to get to the Operations Base. Speak with Sally once there. There is a weapon: MG Centurion locked in here. Open the door just outside the base and head into the Towering Eye.

Defeat the enemies here and look under the short ramp that does down to the right to find the Drone Module: Anti-Kinetic Shield. Break the mesh door here, defeat the machine and head right to pick up the Audiolog: Dangerous Game. Then head left, use the Exo-Lift and break the mesh again. Head forward and right to find another mesh door you can break. Go inside and use the Exo-Lift down to the Armory

Armory

Defeat the machine here and head forward, then left to the breakable mesh door. Just past it is some Tech Scrap laying on the ground. DO NOT head through the mesh door yet. Turne around to where you killed the machine and head left. There is some more Tech Scrap here and an Exo-Lift that doesn't work. Now head through the mesh door from before. You will see The Black Cerberus on the floor below. There is a Security Door here and an Exo-Lift. Take the Exo-Lift down and and fight The Black Cerberus

This isn't an overly difficult fight, but be sure to have a good amount of heals slotted. You'll want to dodge a lot and try to hit him with running attacks when you can, usually after he finishes a combo. Be careful because his combos are usually about 1 to 2 hits longer than you think they should be. If you back away too far he will shoot projectiles that stun you, almost assuring your death, so be sure to dodge if he does this. About every 20% health or so he will summon a P.A.X to fight you. This enemy fights just like the first boss, only he hits harder and takes more hits to bring down. You'll want to stay under him and not get stepped on. The Black Cerberus can be executed, so be sure to do so. He will drop the MG Judge if killed.

After defeating the boss, head into the room where he came from and head up the stairs to find some Tech Scrap and the Audiolog: Intercepted Transmission 82 - 3856945 on the Contact Station. Then head down and and find the Tech Scrap under the stairs here in a box. Break the mesh door and use the Overcharge (10) power conduit to unlock the Creo EX06 Security Rig, which will allow you acess to the Security Doors in the game as well as gives you 4 additional Implant slots, at the Operations Base. Head up the Exo-Lift. Open the door to open a shortcut to the Operations Base and then go equip the Creo EX06 Security Rig.

Head back to where you fought the boss and go up the Exo-Lift and use the Security Door there and head inside. You will find the Audiolog: Missing Office Supplies on the right-hand side. Defeat the enemy, who drops MG Cerberus Gear, and jump over the railing on the right. Pick up the Audiolog: Case File Dr. Chavez - Excerpt and break the mesh door. Head inside and defeat the drones here and pick up the Implant: Vital Injection v.5 and then head up the nearby Exo-Lift to Armory Ventilation.

Armory Ventilation

Head forward, defeat the large machine and loot the nearby Implant: Vital Boost v.5 near some boxes. Head forward and defeat the next machine. There is an Exo-Lift here that takes that is a shortcut to the area just outside The Black Cerberus fight and a mesh door you can break. Break the door and defeat the enemies here, then step onto the duct and walk down a few feet to loot the Implant: Vital Boost v.3. Then head back into the Security Door up ahead, but this time go up the elevator inside. Defeat the enemy and loot the Tech Scrap hidden in the boxes on the left and the Audiolog: Deeper into the Burrow. Open the Security Door to the right and defeat the enemy here. Loot the Implant: Vital Injection v.5 from a box on the right side and then head left. Open the door and head into the Creo Executive Forum.

CREO Executive Forum

Head forward and defeat the large machine here. Pick up the Tech Scrap laying near the tree and head down the stairs on the opposite side. Defeat the enemy and loot the Tech Scrap ahead near another small tree. Head down the stairs and loot some upgrade materials next to another tree and pick up the Audiolog: Operation Ferguson in the corner. The head back up and go through the security checkpoint. Defeat the enemies here and loot the Tech Scrap in each corner of the gravel. Head through the Security Door and break the mesh door.

Head right and find the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.5 in some boxes. Then use the Exo-Lift to go down, defeat the machine here and then head down another Exo-Lift. Head forward, break the mesh door and loot the Implant: Reclamation Buddy v.4. Then use the Exo-Lift to unlock a shortcut to the Operations Base. Once done, double back up the Exo-Lifts and go left where you went right a minute ago and defeat the two enemies. Loot the Audiolog: Betrayed and some Tech Scrap behind some boxes. Head straight and break the mesh door and open the door behind it.

Use the Contact Station immediately to your left to get the Audiolog: RE: RE: Decision Still Pending?!. Head forward and loot the Tech Scrap in the corner of the next room. Irina Beckett will be here if you helped her out through her quest line. If you sever her right arm she will drop the weapon Peacekeeper. There is a First Aid Station in this room and a Security Door. Open the Security Door, break the mesh door and then head to the next mesh door and Security Door. This will create a shortcut to this area. Head back into the other room and head through the other Security Door there. Defeat the enemies and loot the Implant: Medi-Voltaic Injection v.5 from the boxes on the right. Head up the stairs and loot the Audiolog: Alone from the gravel here.

Just behind where you came up the stairs is a Security Checkpoint with a few enemies. Defeat them and loot the Implant: Mechanized Counterweight v.4. Open the door and loot the Audiolog: Legacy and IRONMAUS #103 on the shelf. Head back out and break the trash can near the barrier at the far end to find some Tech Scrap. Defeat more enemies here and look for some more Tech Scrap hidden in gravel a bit higher up near a tree. This is a good place to farm for Mk. IV materials to upgrade your armor.

There are 2 more Security Doors here guarded by some enemies. In the one on the right you will find Don Hackett. You will find the Audiolog: Singularity near him. Use the door control to acquire the Implant: Pneumatic Calibrator v.4. Head into the next Security Door, on the left, and break the mesh door. Defeat the enemies and loot the Tech Scrap here then take the Exo-Lift down. Head forward and enter the Re-Education Camp and pick up the Audiolog: The Liberator - Interrogation Excerpt. Defeat the machine and head back up. Enter the Security Door to the right of the stairs guarded by Security and take the lift down and enter the Server Room.

Server Room

Use the Contact Station to acquire the Audiolog: FAILSAFE PROTOCOL 00:03:12. Then pick up the Audiolog: Part of the Machine. There is an Overcharge (10) power conduit here that deactivates the lockdown and allows access to the weapon: MG Centurion in the Operations Base. There is also an Overcharge (85) power conduit that contains 2 Nano Core and on the floor nearby is some upgrade materials. Just to the right of the 85 overcharge conduit is a prompt to inspect the flaming server & it will unlock the Turing Test achievement/trophy before leaving the room. Head back up and defeat the two guards protecting the large doors and head inside. Once finished head back outside and defeat the couple enemies there. Defeat the powerful enemy at the far end and you will receive the Implant: SNS Disinhibitor v.4. Head into the elevator to Nucleus.

Nucleus

Nucleus - Launchpad 01

Head forward and pick up the Audiolog: Rendezvouz. There is an Overcharge (80) power conduit here that opens the locked door nearby, which has a couple enemies and the Implant: Vital Injection v.5 inside. Head left and through the door into Floor 1 - Cargo.

Floor 1 - Cargo

Head forward and down the steps on the right to find the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.5 hidden in a box, then head back up. Head forward and use the elevator control to call the elevator, this will raise the Operations Base. Use the Contact Station inside to get the Audiolog: Rendezvouz - Update. If you helped Alec Norris successfully back in R&D, he will be waiting here to prompt a similar search in the Nucleus.

Head out and go up the stairs on the right side here to find some Tech Scrap then head up the stairs on the left and defeat the enemy here (he drops Chrysalis Gear Schematics).  Open the door, defeat the two enemies (one has the Fractal Reaver weapon) and head up the stairs, pick up the Tech Scrap and defeat many more enemies. There is a door here you can open, defeat the machine inside and head forward. Drop down and loot the Implant: SNS Disinhibitor v.4 up ahead. This will put you on top of the Operations Base. Head back to where you were but head upstairs and loot the Audiolog: Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #5, then open the door right next to it and head into Floor 2 - Refueling.

Floor 2 - Refueling

Defeat the enemy that will ambush you and head right. Use the elevator control panel to call the Operations Base to this floor (there is a spot near the base now, to the left, you can drop down to find the Implant: Auto-Aid v.4, but you will have to double back the previous staircase to get back to this floor). I'm not sure if this was a bug or intended, but when I dropped down I had a "talk" prompt in which I could tell Maddy  to "Go Home" but I could not see where she was when we talked, & the conversation ended with her apparently running off while Warren said "don't, it's dangerous." After retrieving the Aid implant (& having the conversation?) following the path around will take you back to the side corridor from which you previously jumped down onto Ops to retrieve the SNS Disinhibitor implant.

As you head out of the Operations Base, head left and defeat the enemies here. Then head left behind the containers, just watch out for the two difficult enemies here. Inside you will find the Audiolog: Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #11 and the Implant: Vital Injection v.5. There is a mesh door you can break here, but you cannot get inside the door there yet. Head back to the Operations Base.

As you head out of the Operations base head right and then left and defeat the enemies across the way. Head down the stairs there to find some Tech Scrap, then head back up and head through the open doorway only if you have the Implant: Toxic Autofilter equipped or you will die. Defeat the enemies here and take the Exo-Lift up to Floor 3 - Rapid Launch Control.

Floor 3 - Rapid Launch Control

Head forward and defeat the enemies here. Use the Overcharge (50) power conduit to acquire 2 Nano Core. Break the boxes to the left of the power conduit to loot some Tech Scrap, then head right, past the conduit **this requires the lift to be on level 3 & is out of order.

Drop back down to Ops. As you leave the Operations Base, head right then right again and head past it to the left to find an enemy guarding the Implant: Endurance Enhancer v.5. Continue down the stairs past that to fight two enemies. Open the door to head into the Nitrogen Pump Station. Switch on your gear light and be careful not to fall to your death. There is an Implant: Vanadium E-Cell v.5 in some breakable boxes here. Head right, down the stairs and up the Exo-Lift to find the Audiolog: Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #8. Head forward and loot the Tech Scrap and defeat the enemies. Head up the lift and into Escape Assembly Point.

Escape Assembly Point

Defeat the enemy, loot the weapon: MG Centurion and open the Security Door here. There is a door down some steps behind you that allows you to drop onto the Implant: Vital Injection v.5, but you will have to head back up if you drop to get it. **This door control is still locked at this point in the guide & would need returned to later to collect the implant noted above. ** Just above this door is some Tech Scrap hidden in a box and a mesh door. Defeat the enemy inside and use the door control to open a shortcut - (an exolift here leads down to a gas filled hallway ending in a security door leading to Utopia Preparation Classified) - , then head back and go through the previous Security Door. Use the door control on the right to create a shortcut back to Floor 2 - Refueling. Use the Contact Station here to acquire the Audiolog: Stay Tuned! Head up the elevator and defeat the enemies here. There is some Tech Scrap hidden in some boxes on the right up ahead and a First Aid Station on the left. Head up the stairs into Lauchpad 01 Station.

Launchpad 01 Station

Defeat the two enemies and bypass the Creo Maglev for now (this train connects back to Central Production B, behind the previously locked door beside the train to Creo World, below where Irena was first encountered). Head forward and break the mesh to the right to loot the Implant: Plasmic Regenerator v.5. Dropping down the hole will take you to a tough enemy, some tech scrap to the right, and an Exo-Lift to the left. Climb the lift, then head forward and drop down to find some Tech Scrap, then drop down again to enter Floor 3 - Rapid Launch Control.

Floor 3 - Rapid Launch Control

Defeat the two nanite masses here and use the Overcharge (10) power conduit to get the Exo-Lift online. Head up the Exo-Lift and call the elevator to move the Operations Base to Floor 3.

Drop down from level 3 ops (to the right when exiting) to return to the previous nano core conduit after moving the lift to level 3 to continue as follows: Amidst the containers are some stairs, head up them and head into the corridor. Defeat the enemy and drop down into the Nitrogen Pump Station. You could drop down behind you to reach a Vital Boost v.5, but first move forward through the mesh door ahead & we will return shortly.

Break the mesh door and head inside, defeat the enemies there and head right down a long corridor that will lead you to some Tech Scrap just past another mesh door. You can jump back up after you pick it up, head back and go up the Exo-Lift. Proceed forward & break through the mesh to reach the Implant: Medi-Voltaic Injection v.5. To the right of the implant, If following Alec Noriss's quest, you can retrieve a necklace for him & return it back at ops next time you visit. Head back to where you landed when you dropped down. Dropping down again, will loot you the Implant: Vital Boost v.5. Drop back down to the first corridor of the Nitrogen Pump Station. Defeat the enemy (if it has respawned) and open the door (a shortcut back to the stairwell between levels 1 & 2 - you may have already opened this). Then loot the Tech Scrap and drop down. Defeat the enemy and avoid the toxic waste. Head forward and head up the Exo-Lift in the left-hand corner. Defeat the enemy there and loot the Implant: Vital Injection v.5 and then head back down and through the mesh door up the stairs to the right. Defeat the enemies in here and head left and up the Exo-Lift. Defeat the enemies and loot the Tech Scrap. There is an Overcharge (10) power conduit here that turns the lights on. Head left to loot some more Tech Scrap. There is a Security Door up ahead that takes you to Utopia Preparation Classified.

Utopia Preparation Classified

Defeat the enemies inside (one on the second level is wearing Nano Ward armor) and loot the Audiolog: Package Delivery near the Nanite Calibration Control (you can use this to upload the virus into the missile or not). Then use the Contact Station to get the Audiolog: FAILSAFE PROTOCOL 14:32:57. Just to the left of failsafe audiolog is the 5th and final Ironmaus comic sitting on top of this cart. Head upstairs and defeat the enemies in the room there. Loot the Audiolog: Intercepted Transmission 83-1266548. Use the door control and defeat the enemy here (note: upon defeat, he may drop a single Nano Core - it is unknown if this a guaranteed drop the first time this specific enemy is killed, or if it is based on killing a certain number of (unique?) nanite masses within the Nucleus) and loot the Tech Scrap behind him. Then head back, break the mesh door here and go down the Exo-Lift to find an Overcharge (30) power conduit which will reveal a passage behind the missile in the main room. Pick up the Tech Scrap there and head up the stairs on the left to Nucleus - Launchpad 02 (Restricted Access). Head forward to find the Audiolog: Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #23 and the weapon: Codename: Gotterdammerung. Then double back and head to the Operations Base on level 3. When finished head through the unlocked door to your right now and defeat another nanite mass enemy and head up the stairs. Use the Overcharge (10) power conduit to open a passage on Floor 1. Then head down the Exo-Lift.

There are some upgrade materials immediately to your left, then head right. Follow the corridor until you get gassed and then look for some breakable boxes on the right and head through them and down an Exo-Lift. Break the mesh door and loot the Tech Scrap, then double back and continue forward. Head down the long Exo-Lift there and loot the Audiolog: Dr. Lawrence Murphy, Log #6. Open the door and and defeat the tough enemy here. You will need to head up the stairs and back track through the level to the right to get down to the new breach in Floor 01 - Cargo. Head into the breach to: // Data Checksum Fail.

Data Checksum Fail

Defeat the Nanite Mass and loot the upgrade materials, Tech Scrap and more upgrade materials that can be found in a mesh door next to the stairs. Head into the corridor to the nanite cloud. Make your way through and to the Overcharge (10) power conduit and then fight the boss Rogue Process. Finally watch the final scene play out based on your choices & move on to the (next) NG+ cycle.

Whoever wrote this did a pretty bad job. The implants are named incorrectly so if you check your inventory to make sure you got something but you're looking for the wrong item it can and will waste a lot of people's time.
