ENDAS RS3 "Titan" is a Weapon in The Surge.

ENDAS RS3 "Titan" Information

“What's better than one tool? Two pro-quality tools in one. The ENDAS RS3 'Titan' combines an industrial rivet gun with a high-torque, super-industrial wrench, providing CREO employees with the perfect tool for rocket manifold maintenance. Due to the inherent danger, the rivert function is restricted to an internal database of approved workers. Contact your department manager today if you are interested in signing up for the requisite safety courses!”

ENDAS RS3 "Titan" Location/ Where to find

  • Power Plant - single spawn enemy behind a locked door. Sever his arm to acquire.  This enemy does NOT respawn.
  • Central Production B - dropped by common enemies.

ENDAS RS3 "Titan" Notes & Tips

  • The Titan has an incredible amount of Impact force and can stagger most enemies early on, however the attack speed is very low and you suffer significant exposure to enemy attacks while you are "winding up" for a strike.
  • Has a significant attack range, and the spinning horizontal strike can hit grouped enemies multiple times each in a single attack.
  • The high Crush damage, in conjunction with the extremely high Energy Gain makes this weapon somewhat superior to the others in the same class.
  • Salvages to Tungsten Alloy Mk II x3

I don't fully understand how the damage calculations work, because this weapon seems anomalous with my bread and butter attack, the dash/dodge attack. That's the case for 2 main reasons; it is typically good burst damage that can easily land where I want it to, and the attack animation is very short for most weapons I use. This is important because I can almost instantly dodge after it lands, making it so I can easily use hit and run tactics on big mobs. For single targets, you could just walk away far enough to do another dash attack with the remainder of the stamina bar. It's usually safe to do so because of the high impact staggering them from the first blow. This attack also provides a very good amount of energy for the short amount of time and relatively little stamina the attack requires. There's 1 key difference in how this works for the Titan. It does almost no damage and grants me even more energy. Combine this with the Medi-Voltaic Injection and you have infinite combat healing that you can exploit. You can increase how much you heal per point of enemy health by increasing energy gain and reducing energy costs, with extreme synergy if used together. So much extreme synergy that it may just be redundant, and that's good too! That means you can use other implants instead of having to take injects or both reduced energy costs and increased energy gains. This is my go to healing weapon, and can be essential to tanky builds

No rocket function because you didn't sign up and complete your safety courses. Sad

so if the judge v2 has the ability to launch energy waves at a range as a hidden function, is there a way to access the rivet gun function mentioned in the description for this weapon?
