What is the difference between a Heavy Operator and a Field Technician?
At the start of the game, you can choose to be a Heavy Operator or a Field Technician. They don't affect your Stats but will give you different starting gear.
What is the use of components I found through the game?
They are used to upgrade your Weapons and Gear.
What's the highest level of a weapon or gear?
The maximum level is Mk.XX, only achievable on NG+4. That means that in every individual playthrough, the max Mk. any gear can have is 5, and +5 every subsequent playthrough up till NG+4.
