An explanatory note was entered into LU-74’s service record, but LU-74 was neither the first nor the last CREO machine to develop idiosyncratic faults of unknown provenance.”

Did they patch this out?
has fire combos:
R1, R1, R2 leaves a flame circle on the ground
R2, R2, R1 does a fire blast as you leap backwards
So I have been doin some hardcore research on bosses trying to find out if there are "Legendary" versions of the boss weapons and just so happened to stumble upon one of them. For the Firebug Throttle v.2 you have cut off all the legs https://youtu.be/_yDfTKKtEro?t=285 this confirms the drop
