• R&D Lab
• From the R&D Medbay, exit straight and take the right stairs towards the Applied Nano Science area. Enter the room on the left to be in the Restricted Area: Utopia Project. Enter the right room, climb the stairs and defeat the enemy to obtain Codename: Moonlight.  This enemy uses long multi-attack Heavy-Duty combos, so it's wise to move him down the stairs and into the main room, so that you have room to maneuver and learn how he attacks before trying to actually engage him in a proper fight.
