I am getting violently sick over how often the game cheats you with drops in the game. You do everything 100% correct but then your spastic of a character just merks the enemies instead of cutting off the right limb. You can wail and wail and wail away at the right limb but it's STILL up to chance wheter it works correctly or not. Got cheated by the black cerberus, and got cheated by this one as well, despite doing everything 100% correct. I know the average moron will say "But ackhually u dadnt do enuff darmarge to the limb". Except, i've tested this countless times and now i'm seriously just considering cheating the items in with a trainer in the future. I'm sick of doing it the "right" way every playthrough when it's random chance.

Best staff by far. It's extremely fast and has fantastic damage. Outclasses the negotiator in every aspect.

What reprogrammed irina could be the horrible event caused by the rogue process. What is described as several screams, voices in her head, deaths caused by the nano experiment. It's possible that one of the victims, a security guard merged with irina and over took her body. Which is why she chooses a complicated weapon, the staff, and goes about fighting rather than hiding. Irina looses to this new mind and forgets her name later on. Based on the incident with Hobbs and Mickey, where Mickey lost his mind after the event, but Hobbs did not, I think it's random, most were affected and went crazy a few survivors were spared.

its likely that Irina was slowly reprogrammed into a trooper by the implants as when you first meet her she's just another engineer like you and you can even ask what happened to Irina the engineer. kind of implies ol BC may have been rewriting any survivors he pummeled and didn't kill off.

One of the worst feelings in this game is getting to Irina only to fail to sever her arm.

"Guess I'm not getting it this NG-cycle either."

Really, most difficult thing to handle in this game. It wears on your soul.
