Sally is an NPC in The Surge.
Sally Location
- You will first run into Sally in the Operations Base in the Assembly Halls, where she will ask you to make it to the factory. She will appear in nearly every Operations Base along the way, giving you information and helping you figure out where to go.

AnonymousThere is a body of a woman named Molly in the server room. She, like Warren, was guided to the server room to stop the rogue process. She was killed or committed suicide before she could complete her mission.

the body near the upload station is clara i think she was named...the girl you should give the virus from the chavez quest line....sally is a K.I in the server room you can see a server writen sall on it
Looks like it is Sally`s body near place where you upload the virus in the room with security enemies.

When Warren overcharges the power conduit in the server room to reach the board room, Sally's server breaks and gets set on fire. Inside the board room, Sally seems corrupted and as far as I know, it's the last time you see her, so she probably ended up "dying" right then and there. I suppose this means that Warren is indirectly responsible for the death of Hayes, as he was being kept alive by Sally.
