• Project Resolve Center - up on the third-level catwalk, behind a drone-locked door.

SERU HSS Overloader Notes & Tips

• Salvages to Tungsten Alloy Mk II x3 
• Cannot be obtained on your first trip to the Project Resolve Center - you will need to go back after acquiring the BOTECS Power Core for your drone at the end of the Resolve Biolabs level.
• Easily one of the best one-handed weapons in the game, it surpasses all of the other one-handed weapons up until you get to R&D and acquire the Parsifal v2.0, and even then it's still got higher proficiency.
