RIP Special Edition Location/ Where to find

Wielded by The Undertaker in the Good, Bad, & Augmented DLC if you've activated the difficulty modifiers. More modifiers active (4 max) will increase the chances of him spawning with v2 gear.
If you don't get the RIP-SE in your first modified completion of the level, re-run the level again - you can kill all of the bosses in this DLC as many times as you wish. It's just a matter of getting them to spawn with their v2.0 gear equipped.
