The OGRE build is a build for The Surge. Builds are custom kits of items and attributes that have a unique playstyle to those specifications.

You'll need to know your combos to capitalize as much as possible from this build.
Weapons & Gears
I would recommend only three weapons for this build :
- Helvig's Kingfisher
- FENRIS A-7
- Experiment 44H 'Dark Star'
In their category, those weapons are faster than the rest ; making the -4% attack speed from the arm gears, less of an hindrance.
That been said, the "Dark Star" should replace the FENRIS that lack damage and energy gain compared to eachother.
The HK and Dark Star should cover the slash, crush and elemental damage type.
Due to its low defense, using the drone's module Anti-Kinetic Shield would be a good way to mitigate incoming damages.
Equiping a mascote head (Bradley the Bean) that reduces the energy consumption is required to use the drone.
Sidenote : Mascote head preserve the set bonus.
Healing
To mitigate the use of Vital Injection, I think the best option with this build is to use the Aggression Amplifier implant. It will be a consistent source of healing due to the % based heal.
