The MG Gorgon set bonus increases the stamina regeneration. This bonus makes it really good for a very aggressive playstyle.
Twin-rigged weapons are perfect for the job. The faster One-handed weapons and staves aren't bad either.
About the One-handed weapons, I would just avoid to use the slower ones like the Codename: Parsifal.
For staves, I would only use the Peacekeeper. But quite frankly, I would avoid staves all together. The lag time after an attack, feels to me, incompatible for the aggressive playstyle wanted.

My favorites weapons for this build are the Firebug Throttle v2.0 (crush damage) and the Metamorphing Talons (slash damage). The MG Centurion isn't bad either, but it's a One-handed weapon.

This build is not meant to do long and uninterupted combos. No, it's made to be relentless with your assaults. Throwing one attack between those of an ennemy. You don't mash the attack buttons ; one two, look what's the ennemy doing, one two.
Having a fast stamina regeneration and playing defensively is waisting it.
An implant that works great with this set is the Omni-Audit, allowing you to see the stability bar of the ennemies. Knowing when the ennemy will get stagger is very important for a reactive playstyle.

The headgear clearly encourage the use of drones, but due to his high Core Power consumption, using the Sunglasses is a real blessing at CP55.
Also, it reduces the damage by 4% on both armored and unarmored. That's not cool. That been said, -4% on the already low base damage of a Twin-rigged weapon, doesn't sound that terrible.

The body gear reduces stamina consumption by 5%. Better than nothing, it "encourages" an aggressive play style, I guess...

The arm gears gives just enough impact bonus to improve from low to medium the One-handed weapons and staves with the lowest impact. It also improves most Twin-rigged weapons to medium impact.
No ASPD reduction. This is the best you can have for Sentinel arm gears. The others have no change or -4% ASPD. Another thing that comfort me in my idea of a very aggressive build.

The leg gears... Welp. Not much to say. Would be better if they had stamina reduction for dodge. But eh, that's the best we can have for Sentinel leg gears.

I don't think it's worth creating a build with this set before CP55. And you need one Ancillary Core XL.
So let's look at it :

CP55 +9

Ancillary Core XL
Two Vital Boost v.3 and one v.1
Three Vital Injection v.3
Aggression Amplifier v.2
Endurance Enhancer v.1
Voltaic Dynamo v.1

The Voltaic Dynamo is here to help spam the Anti-Kinetic Shield drone. And the Omni-Audit, very important to know when the ennemy is going to be staggered.

CP65 +9

Ancillary Core XL
Two Vital Boost v.3 and one v.5
Three Vital Injection v.3
Aggression Amplifier v.1 and v.2
Endurance Enhancer v.5
Voltaic Dynamo v.2
Omni-Audit

CP75 +9

Ancillary Core XL
Three Vital Boost v.5
Three Vital Injection v.3
Two Aggression Amplifier v.1 and v.2
Endurance Enhancer v.5
Voltaic Dynamo v.2
Omni-Audit

CP85 +9

Ancillary Core XL
Three Vital Boost v.5
Three Vital Injection v.5
Aggression Amplifier v.1 and v.2
Endurance Enhancer v.5
Gyro-Stabilizer v.2
Pneumatic Calibrator v.4
Voltaic Dynamo v.2
Omni Audit

At this point, I don't think there is a better way to make use of the MG Gorgon set.
