Fiery Popcorn Pole is a DLC Weapon in The Surge.

Fiery Popcorn Pole Information

“What was once an innocuous element of a CREO World concession stand, this popcorn-popping fixture has been torn from its installed location and is now quite hazardous. Exposed wiring has ignited its residual gas supply, so extreme caution should be exercised until it can be collected for safe disposal by an authorized Salvage/Reclamation specialist."

Fiery Popcorn Pole Location/ Where to find

  • On the ramp up to the Project Resolve Center, defeat with a torso dismemberment any of the patrolling mascots.  Be aware that the mascots do NOT respawn - you can get the pole from any of them, but once you've killed all four, that's all the chances you've got.

The description to obtain the pole is incorrect. Here's how to actually obtain it: Beat all four of the mascots and it'll automatically drop on the last mascot killed. No dismemberment required, though I did dismemberment anyway on the off-chance it worked.

I received this item after returning to the park for the 2nd time from a mutated mascot, which can't be dismembered. I don't know if it matters, but it was accompanied by the same hologram/music drone that accompanied the marching mascots with this staff in the park during the first visit; I don't know if I had somehow missed some of those staff mascots the first time and they turned into mutated mascots, or if the mutated mascots spawn in their place even if you've killed all of them. I also don't know if it's only a chance to get this item or if that particular mutated mascot always drops it, or if it has something to do with the drone. But I didn't get this item from any of the normal mascots in the first visit so I thought I had missed my chance at it, but there definitely is another way to get it.
