The "scrap weapons" are : the Reclaimed Piston, Reinforced Pipe and Equalizer.
What makes them interesting is their looping combo.
The purpose of this build is to abuse it. And I believe that the EAGLE set is the best for that.

(About the Equalizer, it's a Heavy-duty weapon and deal a lot of damage. It's not possible to abuse that looping combo very well, so this build is mainly focus on the Reclaimed Piston and Reinforced Pipe.)


Firstly, we need to raise their impact to high. Being sure to not be interupted while comboing is very important, so the addition of the Concusive Array (+40% impact bonus) is a must.
Both weapon needs +60% impact bonus. With the +30% from the arms gears we have enough to reach high impact.
The arm gears also add a +6% ASPD. It is actually very nice.

To combo as long as possible, the build needs more stamina... Or a reduction of stamina comsuption. With a greatly appreciated -10% on the body gear, the build can delay its need of stamina.
(Remember that attacking with the correct timing reduces the consumption of stamina !)

And the last reason why the EAGLE set is the best for this build, is its gear set bonus : "[...] grants each type of equipped healing injectable an additional charge."
Generally, I see two type of healing injectable (main and supportive). But with this set bonus, having a supportive source of healing become unneeded. (more information on this : https://thesurge.wiki.fextralife.com/Health )
Three Vital Injection gives twelve charge. And everytime your Tech Scrap bar (HUD) is filled, you regain 3 charge.

About the head gear ; it allows a easier usage of the Anti-Kinetic Shield drone's ability, and increases damage on both armored and unarmored.

The leg gears reduces the consumption of stamina for dodging and running. There's not much to say, it's good.


The activation of the Concusive Array require 24 energy. To stay at that number, we need at least 81/82 energy max with the Rig Capacitor XL. For that, the implants Palladium XL v.4 and one Ancillary Core XL are needed at CP55.

With sixteen charge of Vital Injection, the build really shine in term of survivability. Also, everytime your Tech Scrap bar (HUD) reach the max, you regain four charge of Vital Injection.

The lack of damage of the scrap weapons is an issue I haven't talk about before. The Mechanized Counterweight clearly resolve this problem. But staying above 24 energy, while using energy for the drone's ability, the implant and execution might be difficult.

The Voltaic Dynamo makes the use of the drone's ability and implant while staying above 24 energy and still having enough energy to execute an ennemy, easier.

 

 

I'm sure there is other way to use the EAGLE set, but I find this one really powerful and fun to play.
